The TATA Chairperson Napanji Mogha and Treasurer Morkel du Preez attended a strategic conference hosted by CBI in Lusaka.The event was organized by CBI. Center for the Promotion of imports from developing countries, (CBI) is an implementing unit of the Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs.

During this two-day conference, CBI was reviewing its strategy and planning for the remaining 1.5 years.

Participants included Northern Circuit, Southwest Circuit, Vic Falls and Lusaka region. TATA represented the Northern Circuit with neighbours Samfya. The event was also graced by the Minister of Tourism Mr. Rodney Sikumba who is also a former student of the CBI program.

The conference touched on various topics such as product development, sustainability, branding, destination management, marketing and promotion of Zambia as Tourist Destination.
